House Rules and Policies Check-in & Check-out Times Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards. Our check-in process is self-check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience within the designated hours. You'll receive all the necessary instructions in advance.

Check-out: Between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. This time frame is mandatory to allow us to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests. Late Check-out: If you wish to check out after 10:00 AM, a late check-out fee of £10 (in England) or €10 (in Portugal) will apply. Before checking out, please leave the keys by following the instructions given in advance.

Damage Policy Security Deposit: We do not require a security deposit. Damage Charges: Guests will only be charged for damages caused during their stay. The maximum charge for any damage is €250. Claim Process: If damage occurs, PLFive Host will file a claim directly with Booking.com and the tourism authorities in Portugal (if is applicable), requesting payment for damages within 14 days after check-out.

Notification of Damage: After your check-out, PLFive Host will contact the guest responsible for any damage caused.

House Rules Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Parties/Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Items in the Apartment: No items are to be removed from the apartment.

Registered Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment. No additional guests or visitors are permitted to sleep in the apartment without prior approval.

Inventory and Damages Inside the apartment, you’ll find a dossier documenting everything that enters the property, including the condition of items. If any item is damaged or broken during your stay, we kindly ask that you replace or reimburse it to avoid a fine of €250.
