2. Definitions "PLFive Host" / "We" / "Us" / "Our": Refers to PLFive Host Ltd., including its team and associated service providers. "User" / "You": Refers to both landlords and guests using our services. "Landlord": Any individual or entity engaging PLFive Host to manage or sublet a property. "Guest": Any individual booking or staying in a property managed by PLFive Host. "Property": Any real estate managed or serviced by PLFive Host. "Services": Includes property management, subletting, cleaning, renovation, guest experience coordination, and other offerings as provided by PLFive Host.

3. User Responsibilities For Landlords: Ensure legal ownership or authority to manage or sublet the property. Comply with local laws, lease agreements, and building regulations. Provide accurate property details and grant reasonable access for service fulfillment. For Guests: Treat the property with respect and adhere to house rules. Refrain from engaging in illegal, hazardous, or disruptive activities. Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly. Prohibited Activities: Illegal subletting or leasing. Tampering with property systems or furnishings. Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior.

4. Service Agreement Services Offered: Our services include comprehensive property management, strategic short-term letting, cleaning, guest communication, and renovations. Agreement Duration: Service agreements may be fixed-term or ongoing, as specified in your individual contract. Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the termination clause outlined in the contract.

5. Payment Terms Pricing Structure: Fees vary based on the service package, property size, and scope of services. All pricing is outlined in individual agreements or proposals. Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfers, direct debits, and select digital payment platforms. Late Payments: A late payment fee may be applied if payments are overdue by [X] days. Manage bookings, reservations, and guest experiences. Offer renovation and upgrade services as agreed. Landlord Responsibilities: Maintain adequate insurance coverage on the property. Notify us of any structural or utility issues that require attention. Grant reasonable access to the property for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

8. Liability Limitations PLFive Host is not liable for: Natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service failures. Loss or damage caused by guests unless explicitly covered under the terms of your booking. Unlawful use of the property by guests or landlords. You agree to indemnify and hold PLFive Host harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy Policy We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available separately). Your data is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
